Going by tropes, Chiyoko and Mafuyu looks like end game. They have some strange contractual relationship which gives them an excuse to spend lots of time together and share secret information. They had an accidental kiss in the first chapter. There are already rumours that they are dating.

I would agree though that so far they don't seem to have much chemistry with each other. Chiyoko and Sakine seem to be the most natural pairing out of the four possible configurations. But the author's intent looks pretty clear to me.

Sakina is becoming less likable by the chapter, she purposefully used Chiyoko to reject the one that sent her the confession letter, and now she’s indirectly rejecting Mafuyu, while pretending to be oblivious to knowing that Mafuyu is the one that sent the letter.Sakino knows more than she’s letting on..
She’s very manipulative..

Thank you for the chapter, another romantic loss considering how she handled the last one they better tackle her before she pulls another perfect choujin attempt from the roof. I do like the effect they gave Mafuyu's eyes how they look like a cat's or dragon's. Now I have the image stuck in my head of a classroom where Budo the Strong is instructing Yukishiro and the rest of the Perfect Large Numbers Corp the intricacies of the Perfect Choujins' principles regarding romance and the importance of handholding.

Yeah going by trope it would be Chiyoko and Mafuyu. But again at this moment I just cant see it happen that Mafuyu starts to like her instead of Sakine and at the same time I cant see Chiyoko liking her as well, the same goes for Sakine starting to like Mafuyu instead of Chiyoko…

Looking forward to seeing how tf the author is going to actually make them get together in the end

I think it's pretty obvious she's unaware. It's actually extremely DIRECT to shoot down an anonymous confession if you knew the person who confessed is listening, which doesn't align with her past actions of being indirect (or Japanese society as a whole). She's just inconsiderate, not manipulative.
