-Option 1: Omochi said she's a toy bird on ch1 pg 20 (yes, Omochi is "she", ch1 pg 17 panel 1). What Runa is seeing is just Akari talking to a toy.
-Option 2: Like option 1, but Akari is impersonating Omochi out loud, so Runa sees her acting like two different beings.
-Option 3: Madness runs deep in this manga, so Runa is capable to see and hear the imaginary personality of the toy bird.
Option 3 may be the answer. They are all mad in this manga.

I mean, i distinctly remember the differences from when my class wasn't allowed phones, and when we were. 2012 was the first year we were allowed to have our phones in class, and pretty much nothing was accomplished in the first semester. they reversed that rule the moment we came back from Christmas Break in 2013
