Still baffled by how ridiculously good this silly manga is. It didn't have to be this good, it could have been content with its ecchi slap-stick comedy, but no, it had to have depth and character, too.
Gosh, was a long time since I last saw this so though to read through it again. And while it certainly isn't my cup of tea, it has improved remember from the gag comic it was at the start.
Wrote a review on this, here it is:

It's hard to believe what seemed to amount to a flavor of the month series when it debuted turned out to be a pretty dang good strategic action/adventure comedy. I really enjoy reading this one, but only in large amounts. I personally can't bear week to week/release to release with Yuusha ga Shinda.
Let's play match up game. Touka party vs Fried party
1. Touka vs Fried
Volpuigh pervert vs siscon pervert
2. Magaret vs Dominique
They have history as princess and maid
3. Diana vs Ethel
Somehow they are just perfectly match up
4. Yuna vs Diego (in lowlevel demon)
Payback from that time she become zombie
5. Kyle vs fever necromancer
Rematch from sageland
6. Blake vs Black necromancer
The only one match up left.
Other possible match up is swapping #3 & #4
Ethel vs Yuna => Diego vs Diana, but that won't work
Due to her hand, ethel is way stronger facing necromancer
And Diego is just too weak for Diana
It's a trope that the good side is in more disadvantages situation
