This "jack of all trades" thing was dead the moment he had a buff that gave 100x effectiveness. Specialists don't stand a chance trying to compete with it, and indeed he can eventually reach his dream of being a lone wolf swordsman conquering the dungeon alone with it.

Regular enchanters have been made obsolete by his skills. The story isn't even hiding it anymore. It's just plain old cheat skills again. Even with drawbacks that doesn't change it from being a cheat skill.
