At least he was seriously considering to be her partner instead of an MC that runs away at his earliest opportunity to avoid giving an answer. A bit silly but it enjoyable for "banished from the hero's party" type of stories. Thanks for the translations.
Just for that reason, I'll give this one a try and see how things develope.

Is nice to see some authors who might finally understand how tiring and overused certain conventions have become.

Thanks for the translation KTD.

The only reasonable ending to that would him dying there and then being reincarnated to another world.

I mean, seems interesting enough, I’ll keep reading for now. But, I am a bit annoyed the author needed to bring out the ‘MC is kicked out of the party’ cliche for seemingly no reason.

I don't mind a fun spin on a common trope, myself. Let's see how this one develops!

Looks like this one will be short and quick. Only about 30 chapters in the web novel. Which isn't necessarily a bad thing if it does it well and not get stale.
There's only so much you can do with this premise before it gets stale. Glad the author knew not to try and drag it out, hope the manga keeps the pace too.

On page 34, Jin's thoughts should be "I did say that!" since it's Ryushika telling him he said that.
On page 43, his thoughts should say "My consciousness is..." since he is the main character and was basically inner monologuing.

Wow, the party members didn’t let mc meet other girls or having the time to discover his cheat powers or sumn shit like that, such a fresh approach of the genre :meguu:
Thanks for the translation
I mean, this is a similar approach to a different series, but the hero in that one was the MC's brother and the world forced people into following jobs assigned by the heavens at birth, or barely having a chance at success in their life.

Not all hero's expelled party members awaken immense power after being expelled, some just decide to live a normal life in a context where they stand out, while clearly being outmatched against the same enemies they were starting to have issues with while alone. And those are usually the more compelling ones.

I came for this kind of chaos hahaha
also love this MC, open-minded and not attached to the past.

With the amount of crap that gets approved of every year and then cancelled before a definitive ending can be reached, I'll take a story with a clear ending in sight any day of the week.

I hope a fantasy trope rival(s) doesn't throw a hat in the ring. Something like a dragon lady or the demon queen/princess.

Good thing they decided to beat the demon king without MC, because no doubt it will be a female demon king and if she sees MC she'll instantly fall for his MC-ness.

...Inc they try to fight demon king with MC and she joins the fight for MC.
If the plot twist is that the Demon King is also a Woman, theres a high chance MC and Her met in some kind of romcom cliche and I am here for it

First time I’ve seen an approach like this to the 'banished from the party' trope. I guess the difference is that there’s no other male in the party, and the MC actually went home after being kicked out. I don’t think so, but I do wonder if this story includes the whole adventurer’s guild setup.

Thanks for the chapter!
It's the "MC kicked from the party for his own good" variation of the trope. From the synopsis it appears to work out in this case.

An example that went horribly wrong is S-Kyuu Boukensha ga Ayumu Michi, at least from the CHF party leader's view (though some other members had ulterior motives and may have manipulated her a little). Also the MC in this one doesn't take it so well...
