Is confused this author's favorite word or something? They must have a full mental breakdown leaving the house. I think half the characters so far have all claimed something was "confusing". Seeing a man? Confused? At a barbecue? Confused. Walking through a city? Confused. Meeting someone new? Confused. At a new location? So confused you have an existential crisis.

Also the poor translator. Every chapter so far has been just a deluge of dialogue and character introductions. I think at least 20 characters have been introduced in the last 3 chapters? I hope I don't need to remember al of them.
