I'm honestly glad I'm not the only one. Why does anyone care about the MC? Everyone's treating him like some damaged "special boy". Gods and kings are immediately falling over themselves to be his friend and bless/help him, but why? Nothing about his character was established expect dead parents.
Judging people by appearance is such an easy trope to subvert. I've only seen it once with fat mustached noble being accused of villainy despite being generous and chill guy.
Orc linage... Now I kinda want to see orc tribe summoning middle aged man as a person of angelic beauty.
