At face value this seems like the classic isekai scene, where girls fall in love and propose for the simplest things, and while that is kinda true here, you have to realize a couple things
1: she is one of the demon kings and as such is probably really old
2: if everybody around her pisses their pants just from being in her presence, that’s a pretty big thing to see someone not only not piss themselves, but to actually shake your hand.
3: it’s a fucking isekai

According to the novel iirc, it took minutes for Kaito's hand to reach Isis's hand.
