メス(mesu, original word 雌) means female(I think it's usually used for animals) in some context can also means feminine

ガキ(gaki, original word 餓鬼) means brats

So the terms メスガキ(mesugaki) basically means female brat

メスヤンデレ(mesu-yandere) according to the definitions would mean female yandere

But either ways you're not wrong, we about to get a mesu-yandere

This is what's amazing about manga (and comics too). The creepiest shit can be drawn in such a way that they looks and feels cute (albeit in a slightly threatening way).

It might be the unlenited yamugaki, because when people make words like that they're basically adapting a template
yamu+tsundere (the original dere)=yandere
but all the gaki-based words are quadrisyllabic, so based off of kusogaki, erogaki, mesugaki, yamugaki would make as much sense as yangaki
