I love the mangas where there are intelligent people who understand that support might be the most vital role in a party.

I used to run as a healer or tank with a friend who took the opposite role "back in the day" and there were plenty of times when DPS started acting up and claiming "they were the most important part of the party, the tank and healer barely contributed anything", so whoever of us that was the tank stopped drawing aggro and the healer stopped healing, the DPS soon learned that if they're dead they don't contribute anything and the mobs/bosses still died
