Can’t speak for the LN but thus far in the WN there hasn’t really been any. With that being said I suspect it’ll be some sort of harem ending because the author spends a decent amount of time focusing on the girls’ feelings. Not that it’s guaranteed but it’s made clear that they all get along and care for one another rather than having serious romantic rivalries. There’s hints of it, to be clear, but you can see that here as well. I assume you’re asking about serious romantic development and that just hasn’t occurred so far outside of it being clear he likes them and they like him

Okay, the light novel is peak, though it often repeat same information.

So, another reason why they're so devoted is that, Wolca is actually a badass guy. The move he did to stand up on his last stand, made the wound on his leg to be scorched and cauterized, forcing them to amputate it. How do you even react to that information? That a guy on the brink of dead forced himself to stand up and burned his leg? That's just crazy

And on top of that he just brushed aside the sacrifices without a second thought when the girls told him. That is some Adrian Carton de Wiart behavior right there.
