Why the hell did the author had to include twice that one of their members was 13! Just feels unrealistic given all the combat and slimy as there is supposed to be romance.

Probably going to have to drop this story now.
13: Because of age of consent in Japan is 13. (Though that's national, some prefectures (e.g. Tokyo) effectively raise it.)

(Today, I am sadly reminded that there's entire website devoted to "age of consent" around the world. Though at least it provides answers to questions like this.)

I wonder what kind of magic exists in this world. Are there magical artifacts that can be made? Can he have a magic prosthetic for his leg and an artifact eye? Depending on how advanced the magic is in this world, I feel he could manage gaining back some sense of normalcy quickly enough.

Did the reaper chop off his balls too? I hope we don't get another chapter of lying in bed.

I'm a little worried that he doesn't actually remember defeating the Reaper. Is this all a dying dream?

He is in a tough spot, because you shouldn't start healing someone of their trauma until the threat is removed, and if he is just lying down, letting the girls take care of him, soothing their worries, some physical threat might come and cancel the effect of the treatment and reaffirm the trauma. Trauma is a part of the body's survival toolkit after all.

He will have to balance between reassuring the girl very slowly and surely, while also looking out for threats. The girls left him alone too many times to actually protect him.

The MC is an airhead though, I think. He spent too much time reaffirming what he assumed to be the case. What he thinks he knows might be correct, but they aren't exactly helpful either. He seemed to miss the implications from the girls that they think his independence is a crack that can allow threats to hurt him. He need to learn more about the reality, particularly about the details of the girls' feelings to actually formulate a plan.

There has to be several unique, active, obsolete traumas from their past that stresses them through their breaking point.

This grim reaper? No, the grim reaper hasn't actually tortured the girls yet.

What school? Its fantasy where children work since they are able to carry the bucket and go to war when they're 14. You should read something western instead, if 17 & 13 bothers you so much.
It's kinda funny really.. there's a fair degree of scientific evidence that suggests whereas most well adjusted people can generally accept this kind of fantasy premise in the manner it's intended, those who often react the most negtively is because they're often repressing their own subconcious guilty desires. So yea, take from that what you will.

Being stuck in the bed for an entire chapter reminds me of Berserk and the boat saga.
Good times.
