Pixiv is a weird one at times cause sometimes they split chapters into part 1 and 2 etc. If you look at the latest raw there (which is indicated as 74) you'll see it's just the latest chapter with Suzu and Hikari where Suzu kisses him

@Mai_loves_icecream what @Short_Circut said. I don't know what they're doing with Pixiv, but there are definitely seven volumes, and the seventh volume contains up to chapter 55 plus an epilogue.

@Nulll I think what's going on is that Uta did not immediately lose her memories again in Ryuu + Uta (7) but has been acting as if she did. If she really hated Ryuu like she seemed to in her past life, she wouldn't have been waiting for him in this chapter.
