zoom and page movement

in google chrome when you zoom out a lot, since sometimes the controllable in site zoom options aren't always what you want, right right page navigation key wont work. the left page navigation key will work but not the right. also at high levels of zooming out, click anywhere except the right most sliver of the window will cause it to go back a page.
