I wonder why the male leads in female targeted romance mangas tend to be such utter creeps that very much should be in prison.

Now, about the creepy male MC, I always think this: Hananoi-kun to Koi no Yamai
well, you brought it up. That's... one of the lose-lose experience I was talking about.
At the end of the day, it's a fantasy, if you like it, all power to you

@undeed I dropped this manga, too—and I'm a shoujo enthusiast! The male MC is creepy and weird, and he has little development. The side characters have no depth or backstories. I have no idea how this series is so long and why it has such a high score.

I had another dream that I watching one of those "epic rap battles of history" but it was Walt Disney and Hiyo Miyasaki and all their characters and I remember at one point Ariel was saying how Miyasaki's only claim to fame is that he's original and that a skilled writer can turn something old to new :aquadrink:

when you're editing a profile post with a picture/emoji on it, click the rightmost triple dots next to the undo button, then click the two square brackets, then save your post

don't ask why MangaDex (or slightly more accurately Xenforo) doesn't let you edit profile posts with pictures/emojis in it
What a beautiful thing a tremulant is. :wooow:

Found this one too. Even if opinions about the interpretation vary (just like in most other versions I found for this piece, to be honest), I think that the tremulant adds something beautifully haunting to it.

Never had the honour (or misfortune) to encounter a tremulant, but I already imagined that they are a mixed bag of sorts. I guess everything, from the piece to the organ, has to be perfect for them.

I just did services - primarily congregational accompaniment - but I would suggest the first time you get on an instrument, ask the host organist to play a bit and walk around the space to see how it sounds. The console is frequently the worst spot to hear what the organ sounds like. Then be willing to adjust speeds and touch to suit - more legato vs. more separation, slower tempos to avoid reverb making things muddy, etc. (This also requires working pieces at a range of tempos, which is good practice in general.)

Also work on your free harmonization if you have any interest in church gigs - being able to come up with an interesting final verse setting on processional and recessional hymns is a big plus for churches who still use organ accompaniment.
Ahhh shit.... Basic human racist persona almost slip through.
