Ok, I initially read the first 2 chapters of
A Mangaka’s Road to Japan when it first came out, and dismissed it as just "pfft, what is this?".
But now that I've actually sat down and read it, I think it's a pretty good... uh... infotainment... I guess?
(Because it's not really a story with plot, or biography, or diary)
But I thought this was some easy-to-digest information for those who often theory craft about mangaka, editors, publishers, manga getting axed, etc.
some without any basis whatsoever.
