Just read the "final" chapter of Chainsaw Man. Honestly, I'm not sure what to think. Like, I don't disagree with the people saying that there's a lot there that doesn't make sense, and I don't really think that the "dream devil" theory is that unreasonable. Plus, I think that the people just going "it says 'the end' stop saying there'll be another chapter!!!" are being ridiculous. (Have they never heard of "lying" before?) But at the same time... do I think there will actually be another chapter? I dunno. I'm leaning towards "no," but at the same time I wouldn't be surprised if there were one.
I'm indifferent to the ending of CSM because I haven't read it. C'mon, what do you expect from a forum regular?

People over on R Chainsaw Man claiming that Fujimoto used AI for the ending, cause Denji is randomly missing an eyepatch in one key scene, and then it returns the next. And also because his eyepatch strap is in the completely wrong direction at that scene.

At the end, that's kind unexpected, but expected at all since the one we discuss is Fujimoto. Yes, □□□□□□□□man contains a lot of deep meaning and absurdity, kinda felt like reading the 21th century version of Ningen Shikkaku (No Longer Human). But, remember, that Fujimoto is the kind of person that goes like, "Uh, I like this. Let's draw it this way."

i don't think i've been so neutral on an ending before. like literally nothing. ?????? it didn't feel bad or bittersweet it was literally just "yeah okay". fujimoto didn't cook or burn down the kitchen it's just all the supplies ran out
