I've read a lot of slop and I don't know why this is getting a lot of hate. It's not that bad. Some of the plot points are very generic but I want to see how it ends. The MC being in another person's body and finding ways to give it back is interesting to me. I mean that's the only reason why I keep reading but yeah it's not that bad.

I wonder why takeru (not MC) side to the demon, is it because the past memory the MC had made takeru got emotional and his soul becoming one with the MC body also it works with the MC and takeru body. And where's edelweiss?

It's actually decent. Sure you can criticize, but the critism given here are either exaggerated or stupid. First and foremost, this is hardly a "copy paste" of solo leveling. In fact, solo leveling is kinda mid too, I'm a long term follower of that title and it only got popular due to art. It's also not your typical "reincarnated/transferred to a body" where the mc acts all dense and annoyed by people or having a deadpan expression. What I like as well is that the world building is like modern world with magic. Most mangas would just straight up isekai. It's actually a little refreshing but things feel rushed. Considering the way female characters are introduced, it may have that "multiple girls liking mc" kind of vibe, but if you actually realize it, it doesn't seem likely to happen. Why? Well, it's not his body and we can see the mc is unsure of the thing regarding his relationship with his friends and his identity, there is also the fact that this isn't your typical magic world kind of shit so polygamy may not even be a thing and the mc already seems to have someone he is looking for.

I can't write a lot overrated manga nice good but the author after some point keeps butchering it revealing so much mystery wich was supposed to keep getting the story interesting after him meeting the demon lords woman for me became such a let down why show it so early it had potential but he crushed it on the ground and after a Okinawa trip with swimsuits and cute moments the story keeps crushing for virgins Japanese audience and in the start many gate summons but now why we don't see any oh well a chaos of a manga it's whatever. the story is good no problem the issue is this elements his trying to put inside that make the story trash for me it's 7 whoever wants to read it it's good but by far and please don't see it as a 8 star or 9 star story. The only thing left out for me in this manga is mc meeting his old saint comrade probably it's gonna be a drama moment other than that author crushed manga with some mysteries revelied that's for reading

Oh boy, I can't wait for the reveal that, somehow, Edelweiss is actually Demon Lord Calmia (somehow?) instead of actually being dead, and that her real purpose is still to, somehow?, get Takeru to become a demon, potentially demon lord, so that she can still be with him/get final revenge (savior -> annihilator), somehow.

I fully expect the author to pull this stunt. Just paranoia, but still.
