This manga's great I wonder if his beloved wife will appear in this world too atleast I hope so. I dont feel like having to return to another world to fix whatever went wrong would make a great point in this manga.

Doubled speech bubble.

Both the waterwheel and bamboo container don't seem very high on a conceptual understanding, but if it works it works. Not sure if that's how you're supposed to cook with bamboo, there's not much conduction on a metal plate. Wouldn't it be better if you boiled the whole thing, for mold concerns as well?

Noodles are first created accidentally, in the making of bread. They are essentially a neolithic innovation, not something to be first produced in a culture at some post-classical level of development.

This is actually really good. Its not the typical happy go lucky parents believing their child to be a genius. And they noticed that those proposals and inventions are not something u can make just from reading books. And the Mc, he's trying to change as he carries the regrets from both of his previous lifes. I'd like it if his wife reincarnated in that world as well.

I really wish the wife would get reincarnated as well so that they could meet again

I'd be willing to throw money down that exactly that will happen.
I'm going to go further and predict his chosen fiance will be his past live's wife

Well, Llyod manhwa has similar concept
and when MC succeeds in thwarting all of the disaster that supposedly happened, the world goes reset itself
Well, it's time travel one so let's see whether the timeline walk in linear or branching out.

And, weirdly, in my people bamboo is considered as one of the trees that favourited by supernatural entities as their homes. An ominous sign and we just cut it down until we know the environmental impact this plant has.

Looking forwards to see how this advances. Thank you for translating and hopefully it won't be locked behind paywall for far too long.

It's kinda funny that in this medieval setting, Water Wheel AND PASTA, LITERALLY PASTA wasn't invented yet XD

Conspicuously missing technologyies are conspicuous.

I do appreciate it when an author puts in a little bit of world-building to explain the deviation of technological development. A little exploration of how magic distorts the economics is often the easiest route, but it works.

It shouldn't this bad lol, with magic any development will be faster and it will be either stagnant or imrpoving too quickly.

especially food culture

What's next? Bathing?

Which, yanno, the Ancient Greeks had as a huge cultural thing... as did the Romans... as did medieval Europe... and Ancient India... and Ancient China...

Like... Noodles predate writing, almost; much like beer and bread.
