It's a punny name for a hybrid creature. Sometimes authors just do this — see also the Dile Wolves from A-Rank Party for an example that I didn't cotton to until the anime.

Yeah, I do that sometimes too. Especially since a lot of the mangas I'm following haven't updated in 4-5 months. But even doing that it can get a little hard to recall every detail because I'm reading so manga atm.

I also starting taking notes. Unfortunately we were too far into this one when I started doing that so I don't have them for this. There's too many chapters to review to do it now.
