For one, I think jecro is technologically savvy enough to know how to do that anyways, but also, for verification, I was gonna suggest something like either one of them giving a trusted neutral party access to their account to verify that the messages are indeed there(Or noticeable tampering with the evidence) or video evidence that shows the message after a page refresh.
