Tbf I do enjoy reading the levels of mental gymnastics (or just genuine mental deficiency) that the Yami simps undergo to absolve her of any wrongdoing and put all the blame on Yuu lol. It's more entertaining than the actual manga.

As a reminder, yuu and SP were talking about how yuu did go on a date with side piece when we first see her.

Only she calls it a date, which doesn't really mean anything given the sort of character she is. Back when I was in school this one girl asked me to give her some advice on a topic I was quite familiar with. We spoke for like 10 minutes maximum after school about it, and the next day she told a bunch of her friends we went on a date. We had never even spoken before that interaction, and she then proceeded to stalk me for a few months. Fun times.

if im being honest, its not that i think yuu is a piece of shit, he hasn't done anything that was bad as aya, she's actual piece of shit person for the sugar dating prank, if u can even call it that. My problem with yuu is that when you reread the manga, yuu is so dishonest with hakari, esp with the kiss moment. Yuu is not a trustworthy person. he has had several moments where he couldve been truthful of his feelings and insecurities, but he chooses not to say anything or lie. Esp with that kiss moment, yuu was never gonna tell hikari about it if she didn't see them. And yea they're teenagers, and all teenagers are stupid. But So many of his actions have been dishonest, i have no faith in him. Yea I'd want him to be a better person and grow up, but everything he's done, hikari derserves so much more, she derserves someone who is honest and treats her with respect.

Yay/No it is back & what an eye opening return on that 1st page. If it wasn't for that extra chapter from 4 months ago, I'd probably forgot about Seki. I do wonder if she would be a better girl than Yami at least at this stage I'll take what I can get. At least Hikari got some great friends that care about her like REAL friends would. Thanks for the translations.

Yuu never did anything wrong. It is the Hikari simps that are sensitive and blaming everyone for her lashing out. We never got to see much from Yuu's POV and thus people kept hating him. Hikari is going to need to calm down. Yuu deserves better than this.

Cant believe we waited 2 months and maruto just decided to skip ahead a bit after the festival ffs.
Yami last word on the last chapter was telling Hikari to sleep with Yuu if she wanted to tie him down lol, why the fuck didnt we see Hikari reaction to that.

And now its a monthly update too lol, genuinely think it would be about 3/4 months before we see Hikari or Yami again lol.

Oh and btw, wasnt there supposed to be an extra chapter that came out with the latest volume? If i remember i think someone say that its supposed to be about a week after the festival. Shame no one has been able to get a hold of that and translated it lol
