I said the series having the fmc as a minor was a turn off for me, and the fact that the story is the way it is makes it worse. 1 sentence btw. Secondly, you’re allowed to hate things without being them. I hate murderers, that doesn’t make me a murderer. I hate corrupt trillion dollar businesses, that doesn’t make me the owner of one.

Especially when you take account the age of the dude here which is 24. A 6 year age gap isn't that big nor is it bad, and by law, both are consenting adults and are both within their age range.
Even in the logic of "young brain" thinking, they're both still pretty "young" and are "kids" to 30+ year olds like me. Especially when you take into consideration that scientifically speaking, we become mentally "mature" at around 25 or 26.

This series is literally just Karma-porn.

Ex-GF and new fiance are sent to a branch office after the heads of the Japan guilds find out that he deactivated his account. She never finds out how high his rank actually is. After they get married, he blows up at her for overspending (she is looking for a new job while he gets a 50% pay cut). She thinks that it's easy being a adventurerin order to make money and joins an untrustworthy group that tries to rape her, only for her to get abandoned because someone led monster bears to their location where they maul her and break her legs. She loses consciousness after her life flashes before her eyes, so we don't know if she is still alive or not. Although, I doubt it as bears are also scavengers, so... 😬

First off, that's literally how the Japanese government work. With all its prefectures and whatnot, not all of them will be aware of the affairs of the other and many within their ranks will indeed act like a-hollezzz.
Hell, just ask Carlos Ghosn and ask him how his Japanese bosses at Nissan backstabbed the dude.
And you'd be surprised by how cruel a lot of women are and especially how many of them think little of other men especially those they are already in a relationship with.

1.) I don’t think any of their ages are listed, but even if they were, 18 & 24 is still weird.

2.) 6 year age gap isn’t that big when they’re both adults in the same stage of life. 24 and 18 is an adult either working full time, or nearing the end of college. 18 is still a highschooler, or a freshman in college at best. 24 and 18 isn’t the same as 30 and 36.
3.) Yes they’re both young but that doesn’t mean that it’s okay. By this exact logic, since 18 and 12 are still “kids” scientifically, it’s okay? The logic just doesn’t follow. And the next sentence you literally contradicted yourself by saying mental development ends at 25 or 26. Being 1 or 2 years away from completely mentally developed is not even close to being a kid.

And to add a few points:
1.) The story very much suggests the fmc being at most 18. And that’s only because it’s stated that her parents abandoned her. The clothes she’s wearing and her speech makes her seem 16-18. The MMC being 24 doesn’t sound very plausible given he was preparing to retire with his financee after marrying. Realistically, this places him in late 20s or early 30s

2.) Even if their ages are as you listed, the MMC calls her a kid multiple times. So in his eyes, she shouldn’t even be considered a romantic or sexual interest. The story would have to shift from him seeing her as a kid to someone like that, which is weird!!
