most people who aren't doing some kind of steroids train and don't visually change.

people don't magically gain muscles or lose weight when they exercise, it's just not how human bodies work. if you want to be pissed about the physical appearance of anyone it should be takahashi sensei. nobody who's a top marathon runner can possibly have tits that big, it strips the fat right off of you. the boy is already skinny.
