Whatever he did, she likely has too much mana for it to affect her though she did back away from him after she noticed him and he kept advancing. For him, she must be quite strange; clearly powerful enough to not instinctively clear away from him, but isn't threatening in any way (after all, she's not making anyone back away like him).

yeah it's pretty clear that she's more than powerful enough to be in the same "tier" as him. so she doesn't just get aura'd to death. But Kudan is also clearly much more experienced given he's been active for at least a century.
