Seriously, like, Kasane mindset is wrong 80% of the time. She often disregards Meguru feelings with what she assumes Meguru is feeling. Not saying is completely absurd to think Meguru is confused since Meguru is immature and naive, but she would would do the same regardless.
She started all this because she likes Meguru, she went to the depths of despair and made absurd decisions to stay with Meguru and when she finally reaches her initial goal she simply decides to back away saying she cant or that Meguru dont really wants that? No much talking, just her one-sided feelings again.

I want to applaud Kasane's restraint in the face of starting a romantic relationship with Meguru, but the fact that she's still completely on the wrong page and is just unilaterally deciding Meguru's feelings and mental/emotional state all on her own--this far in--is infuriating.

I keep hoping for growth from the actual adult in the room and it keeps not happening.

More and more I feel like Mi-chan dodged a real bullet in ending things with Kasane, however sad she may be over it.



But, thanks for the TL. Hoping Kasane gets her act together before the ex-idol messes things up for Meguru or something.

The "child" is apparently 17. In most of Europe or Canada, half of US states, and many prefectures of Japan, their relationship would be legal.

To be fair she only figured out her feelings a couple days ago, and they're only been in this situationship for less then a month, and the whole thing started based on her reminding her of her sister. It's very reasonable to assume the 17 year old is confused about her feelings, because she still kinda is too

not to get into it but that's still statutory for most states.

but agreeing that disregarding/dismissing her feelings is tactless regardless of age. Kasane saying let's talk and giving a half hearted line about wanting to protect her does not seem like nearly enough.

Kasane is the most bottomy bottom there could be. Hopefully Meguru keeps pressing until Kasane surrenders. 30 chapters of lead-up only to be confounded by Kasane finding her morals will otherwise be a huge disappointment.
