Not that uncommon, as working without a tangible result is rather damaging to the mind.
Programmers really need to have a hands-on hobby to get the results, like gardening, animal husbandry, DIY, etc.

the only thing i could find was a random short on youtube that was talking about how you can find it via searching the database simply because of how many files there are, however after searching it myself, i again, couldn't find any mention of his name ૮o.o ა
i did however find 418 results for the word "one piece" and 114 for "oda" ૮.ᆺ. ა however, the former is an extremely common duo of words, and my brief reading couldn't see anything related to the series, ૮ -.-ა and the latter seems to be in reference to an abbreviation of a company and some parts of serial codes __〆૮o.o ა
most likely, ya got fooled by someone making a joke ૮ .ᆺ. ა
