Hard to know if that's how they actually feel about their Knight Commanders. There were knights in ch.1 gossiping about the role in a way that implies that it's like that, but the opening of ch.1, and the fact that they're obviously searching the entire nation looking for the fmc, implies Knight Commanders and their abilities are far more respected than what the gossiping implies.Them: "Well shit, we broke another one.
