Therein lies the confusion. She's supposed to be dead, her heart should not be beating. The blood in her body should not be moving. There should be no way for her body to get heated. What's going on? If the author wanted to make a goofy, undead comedy, they need to at least understand what it means for the character to be "UNDEAD".

Well, since undeath is fiction to begin with I don't really see a problem with the author taking some artistic license. Even if the "lore" is that her heart has stopped (which would make blushing impossible and any heat from external sources wouldn't circulate), I think that you're expecting too much from a boilerplate lucky perv rom-com manga.
