Fun's over guys, the manga got axed, the last chapter is coming out next month. To put into perspective the manga adapted around 4-ish volumes of the light novel, but the light novel is currently ongoing with 8 volumes. Don't expect a satisfactory ending, drop it while you can or switch to reading the novel (if you know japanese) ig.

the chemistry was there for them to be a couple but I guess the author got lazy and decided to make them friends overall 6/10 would of been a solid 8 if it ended with them together was a mid read

To be honest, chapter 37 just reminds me of more than a married couple, the ending was just like in that, left us with in suspense and right now we know they are only friends...butt atleast we have the light novel and from what i've seen in the anime, it covers both manga and light novel so maybe they will do justice to the ending and make it better...
