For the record, Miria wasn't educated as a sex slave. In the LN, this is glossed over, but the mangaka makes it clear that Miria only acts careless as long as she doesn't realize that from now on, sex is no longer some abstract thing that other people supposedly do, but an imminent part of her life. Throughout the whole latest chapter, unlike the previous, she's very reserved. Although in this case, I think that Roxanne knew fully well what effect her "explanations" will do and purposely made it rough, to knock down the new girl from the beginning and to retain her number one position unchallenged.
