I don't doubt that more transformations will happen at some point, but it's obvious that Oku is indulging his personal fetishes and fantasies with Goh for a while (just look at his X account). It's no coincidence that he resembles his girls from Gantz. I was expecting a deeper story than that, but the previous chapter was too obvious, too rushed. There's no character development for Goh or the others at the moment, just an airhead "girl" in a reverse harem...
