I feel like people are missing the curse of using this drug. The whole reason they took the drug was for one of them to become a women to was to entertain the other men. Most of Goh's experience being a women has been ostensibly negative. He loses his job, he gets called ugly before his transformation is complete. To everyone except Mako, Goh's entire worth has been reduced to being a fetishistic object to oggle and play dress up with. Her only viable form of income right now is based off using her body, not any skills or knowledge.
Sure if you wanted to become a women this would be a dream come true, but the general quality of life and social expectations are much better for the old men than they are for Goh. Goh can't safely go out alone without attracting the "rape squad". The drug makes you into a 10/10 ultra-babe in a culture that punishes you for it.
Completely agreed, I don't doubt that if they thought about buying more dosages Goh would be very against it for his friends' sakes.
One thing to note though, despite how the housemates can act sometimes, is that their intention was just to "lift the vibe" of the house by having a nice girl around. Still pretty low, but they at least took any nefarious antics out of the question before anyone even took the drug; Tera mentions "there won't be any harassment, even if they
were a guy before". Still not 100% on what he meant by the "if", but my best guess is something like "even if we can all understand the urge as like-minded men, we can't be doing that".
I'm also surprised by people calling the public harassment rushed or over the top. Over the top I can see, but in my eyes that's the point; hyperbole to make a statement very clearly. Rushed I disagree with because these kinds of things do happen quickly and out of nowhere. I don't know how it wouldn't be rushed, a stalker arc with a guy planning out his assault? That sounds more like torture/depression porn to me than how it really went.
