But seriously though, it isn't necessarily "grooming," but it is a weird 'age gap,' and also kinda riding the line. It's not as bad in this because we already have seen them in a happy relationship in the future and understand Masaomi's plans are to help Yuki enjoy her highschool life the way she wanted to in the future.

Grooming would be if you had an old man get reincarnated as a kid and start trying to feel up preschoolers. THAT would be disgusting as fuck.
