Regarding Fumi's invitation, I don't even know if Shinobu agreed because he truly liked Fumi. I think the biggest reason he agreed to have sex with Fumi was because she said it was okay even if it was just for scriptwriting. If he had gotten over Sakura, it wouldn't be strange if he had said "I love you" and taken actions to confirm their feelings more deeply. Fumi's affection is clearly visible as she hugs Shinobu and climbs on top of him, but Shinobu just goes through the motions and doesn't seem to clearly express his feelings of love. This is actually exactly the same as Sakura, who just accepted Yuma without showing her affection through actions.
