Its been a while since i caught up to this manga, so what is MC's power again? Is he just good at talk no jutsu? or is the world he's in just the type that is so ignorant of hidden intentions that they cannot even define the words "scheming" or "plotting".

It seems like deductive reasoning combined with many people in this world being almost evenly split between lawful good and neutral/chaotic evil although some of the connections have been a bit speculative on his part. I wouldn't rule out some sort of minor magical ability augmenting his capabilities when he goes into "comprehension" mode although I don't think we've specifically seen any indication yet

Ilyas is just simply way too competent (when it comes to brute force) for her own good. She's someone who has capped their STR, but neglected their INT and WIS. She's just too blunt to be in the Knight Order of the highest caliber.

Yep. He is pro gaslight no jutsu.
When the world revolves around the good white-knights and the bad dark-sorcerers, mixed by the morally gray politicians, Bro is really good at blending in to any side (yes, his name is not yet revealed so far). Hence the title; his cheat-skill is to take a good read at others' mind. Well, rather than a cheat-skill, more of an inherent-skill born out of living through modern 2025 Earth.

He didn't say they were. Just that she focused so hard on training and such that she ended up stepping on some toes by accident - some were technically her fault, like obliterating that guy in front of his men without even trying to make it look a bit more even, but most were just a result of talent and hard work and jealousy of her abilities, or her poor interpersonal communication skills, or both.

The girls got at least a bit of the 'tisms, and has never connected the dots for the why's.

it's not Ilias. There's two person, one that who really like MC and trying to get him at all cost and it's also happen that she is fitting his preferences. Even he is okay to tell his past from previous world. Another one will be appear on next arc but her romantic progress will happen pretty far away. It just happened that certain incident befall on MC and it really make she like "his other personality"

No it's not a woman's responsibility. It is, however, the leading figurehead's responsibility, one that she both has shirked to do and is currently unable to do so, as helpfully provided by mc. Some of those grievances were mightily petty, some were not. All are to be addressed. Also, not only in a place where petty grievances can fester, but especially in an environment like that the worst thing a leader can do is to advance with elbows ahead.

This might be a tad rough, but to me you seem here like Ilyas, ironically: You totally miss the forest for the trees to fill your apparent presuppositions.

Repeat after me: Character development is not fluff. Just because there isn't swords being swung doesn't make it fluff.

While I agree with you on this, if the intent of saying "fluff" was not about the plot but tone (A fluffy/cozy tone) helps with the last heavy arc with giving us a bit of levity. But yeah if they meant the character development or world building was "fluff" as in a filler plot aspect, then I totally agree with you.
