in Japan it's somewhat common to have a nap room/nurse office in a large company building. Companies are required by law to have an annual health check up, and with so many employees in one building, it's not unusual for a building to have a dedicated nurses office. Though rooms dedicated for naps isn't that common but napping during a break and etc at work is normal. Companies also sometimes just set up health checkup appointments for employees at hospitals instead. Generally older buildings have it and newer don't

Edit: Did a bit more googling turns out when a company reaches a certain scale or size, they're legally required to have an infirmary room (hokenshitsu). So ig it is common to have it if you're in a bigger company

I definitely think Kizaki just fits Rihito a lot more. Professionally, they're on the same project, one that Rihito is having a lot more fun with since he can work on monster designs. Recreationally, they have a shared independent interest in Souls games (Noa got into Splatoon, but mainly just plays it to play with him). Physically, while Kizaki is unconsciously touchy-feely with him, he's already developed a tolerance with that with how much more touchy-feely Noa is. Unlike Noa, Kizaki is also fine with giving Rihito alone time, something he ends up craving with Noa gets too dependent. On top of all that, emotionally, Kizaki just seems like the most stable woman in his life atop a mountain of landmine girls vying for his attention. I legitimately want to see how a relationship between the two would develop, since it'd also force Noa to come to terms with her own feelings.
