thanks for taking up the translation for this, I was missing this one

really enjoyed seeing Aurora compare herself to Reshtoka, they're both so desperate to help but can't quite look the problem in the eyes. Interesting touch of color to Eve's backstory too, wonder what the deal is there

We can't blame the two that much, because while Reshtoka and Aurora did literally not communicate ONCE with Karina.. Karina also never, not once, told anyone how she felt. She just did as she was told, getting angrier and angrier, without actually speaking up to anyone.
Sure, it was hard for her to speak up for herself, but she could do it now. She could talk to Reshtoka. She could talk to literally the fucking trees, but she won't. Because while she in a way can't, she's also too prideful to say it outloud.

And in a way, thats why this story works. But also why it doesn't.
Because while the issues are human and touching, they're also INCREDIBLY FUCKING FRUSTRATING. Someone, anyone, please open your mouth! COMMUNICATE. AUGHHH.

Thank you for the translation. :meguu:

These are genuine tears, I think that there is no more debate about Aurora loving or hating Karina. She wants to repent for her mistakes and make her sister happy, and now she has a chance with Reshtoka to do just that.

I am interested to see where will this go next but I would not be surprised if manga ends in 3 to 6 chapters.

Good to see this picked up. Though it was a little confusing to see Aurora refer to Karina as "the princess" I'd imagine in japanese this is meant to be one of those layered readings where the princess is being somehow read as Karina or vice versa.

That was my mistake, it's actually 'sister.' I have no idea why I wrote 'princess,' but it's fixed now.

I was amused at Reshtoka casually yeeting Eve. Real "fuck off nerd" energy.

Also amused that there's clearly some crazy backstory about Eve's parents that we haven't gotten yet because Eve herself doesn't view it as important.

I... Kind of just don't care what's going on with the sisters at this point. I just want to know more about the wolves.

10/10 would let Reshtoka top again.

Apparently the english version of "The Villainess' Bride" will be out June 2027 so look forward to it! And JPN vol 3 will be out in November!

lol did she JUST realized what she has done? Not after her sister survived the assassins sent by her beloved prince, not after her sister's name was dragged through the mud, humiliated, cursed by an entire kingdom and exiled? Literally almost erased from even the public records? Not then but now? Is she retarded or just a psychopath who is simply pathologically incapable of understanding how all of this shit would make someone feel? I'm really trying to get what the author is trying to do with her character but it's just so nonsensical.
