100% this. When I read the description of the couple I knew what route it was going to take. The other had a more sinister touch that everybody was actually ugly and thanks to her they looked beautiful.

yep, it makes super dumb the reveal, like she just moved a little her hair and bam, hot chick hahaha. Still I liked her attitude, "get wrecked you dumb f*ck" hahaha.

Anyways, this one's a bit... uh, well. Sure, she used the prince's stupidity for her own gain, and he is pretty stupid for cheating, but having a yearly romantic secret meeting with the Spirit King is also... side-eye inducing. Makes me think there was more going on in the background on the Spirit King side to make the engagement fall through than the Prince being an idiot.
