I mean they’re literally the same in terms of memory so they probably don’t identify as a male. In terms of the annoyed part it would make sense cause it‘s lessening their worth as an individual and confining their identity to a physical attribute rather than being Marin.

Also Konoha and Marin gay lmao and Satoko might be bi.

* It’s a happy ending when the world has more Marin-chans around. The world could honestly use a couple more

* Male Marin with pickpocketing skills, and even gets a face full of booba for his troubles.

* It’s dangerous to have those photos and be male indeed. Best we cut away and not think about it too much.

* My guess is this chapter will set up a future arc where the Marins all somehow return to save the day somehow.
