This chapter and arc would've been interesting if Kobayashi's job ever mattered to the plot. Cool should've just focused on the Lucoa plot if this is what he's giving us

Even if it didn't change Kobayashi's mind, it was still an interesting tale about how a stacked, nudist demon is going to play a big role in the future. Oh and something about some creepy king.

My main question is how did Elma have a flashback memory of the demon when she wasn't there for that part.

Yup it doesn't really make much sense, well from a reader's perspective, Takiya would be the perfect choice, a normal boss wouldn't know he is a gamer otaku but we're talking about one of the most powerful mages in the human realm disguised as a normal ceo, of course he knows, but they picked Kobayashi who doesn't know much about games or play them... Only because she's diligent? sounds more like "because she is the protagonist" lol.
Naaaaaaaah don't tell me the new sexy character who appeared in the bg quite a few times is a bad one :/ I had high hopes... Redemption maybe?

Seems like most company only put people on those position because they are good at the thing the higher up/investor want, not what the customer want, Kobayashi because she has better reputation within the the company?

I think it was shown early on that she has a Senrigan (Clairvoyant Eye) so maybe that's how she could see the parts she wasn't there for.
