This is great. I really dislike the constant reuse of the same tropes over and over and over in romcoms, so seeing them all subverted or made fun of is refreshing.

Now, that said, I wonder if the author isn't rushing things...

It absolutely HAS TO lean super hard on the tropes, that's the point. I hope it plays out like a variation of Zettai BL ni Naru Sekai VS Zettai BL ni Naritakunai Otoko.

I definitely read this before, hell, even the name is familiar. especially page 50~53. but the character look completely different from this, and I think mc is a reader of the rom-com manga and ended up in said manga. the last 3 pic is DEFINITELY the same, walking home together, mc said he help the losing girl cuz he like her, she stumbled and the chapter ended with her face blushing.

This reminds me of the manga where the MC knows he is in a BL manga and doing his best not to fall in the Yaoi triggering flags MIXED with the manga of the guy reincarnated in a ?manga? as the MC’s best friend and is making moves on the heroine that loses at the end of the story
