Why is there a black censor block in the middle of this picture seemingly censoring her neck? What's going on with that?

I think that neck is a bit too long if it's intact 😞

Now look at the details of her clavical/shoulder, below/to the left of said black box.

Third, look at her neck, and its angle/trajectory from her head, and tell me if it lines up with her torso.
