Haven't read Kana-chan in a while and decided to check out the latest chapter to see what had changed. The art style has kind of changed. Kana sure has gotten blobby, more cute. Not even a hint of scariness left in her.
You basically went from Chainsaw Man part 1 to part 2. You skipped a WHOLE story arc.

Now kindly go back and reread it in order please.(Which going by how you skipped, implies you don't actually care about the story that much)

Wasn't there a gag spinoff where the towns property value was worthless because each house had like 20 murders in it?
Yeah, Hanzawa the culprit

Is this like Mushi and Kaya is a magnet to ghosts. Because where do all these spirits keep coming from.

You should really pick it up where you left off. You're missing the entire gap moe part now.

naaah, i think the whole region is completly screwed and is a spc with the high number of entity that you can found here, kaya is just the last of hope that the habitant have here.

I wonder if the ghost stuff is localized to Kaya's area, or if the whole world is just screwed :worry:

Thanks for the chapter!
Namu explained that Kaya-chan (or the cursed womb that was not aborted) attracts the ghosts, and that’s why there are so many strong ghosts around her school. Basically, being close to any region with her is dangerous.

The artstyle shifted in line with how the story progressed.

This is the third year arc, which just started one chapter ago. You completely missed the earlier story and character arc which recontextualises Kaya and is why she looks 'less scary' and 'more cute' in these recent chapters.

That's all I'll say.

"Explain yourself, Kaya-chan..."

BITCH, EXPLAIN YOURSELF !!! WHERE THE HELL WERE YOU !?

Yes, I ain't trusting Braidhead at all : I bet she's trying to get Kaya expelled or something...
It's easily forgotten or missed, but she didn't simply have a crash out because Kaya is difficult. She encountered a ghost directly while trying to deal with Kaya and it broke her.

And yet, it seems she's acting like Kaya is the source of the problem, so far !!
She better shows some proper attitude next chapter or she can go back in the loony bin right away !!

She was breaking down long before that if you read her notes. Ghost was probably influencing to accelerate but she was already on her way for mundane reasons. Not as big of one probably but she would have eventually snapped and said something awful to a child, at best.
The other teacher says it in the nicest way possible because Japan is a very non-confrontational "don't rock the boat" country. "Sense of responsibility" = "her self-esteem depended on making children behave" and "personality clash" = "her personality is fine when it comes to children who behave but when there's a "problem child"..."
Someone who had a full breakdown over a child like that should have never been let back around children but management re-hired her. I think it's been at least alluded if not outright stated that they're having a teacher shortage? Which isn't a good reason at all to let a threat risk back but.... management is thinking about business more than childcare.
