Yah I've be getting the feeling Myne has had the option of nuking the other side....
She's a gud girl who take lessons from her guardians to heart.
After being taught to take money when she can by Benno, she does.
This match is her channeling Ferdinand.
I do love when artists show small details like Rauffen was the only one among Dunkel to show EXCITEMENT at seeing the surprise attack.

The side-eye on page 23, along with avoiding of any trace of cute roundness in her face, really makes her look like a terrifying mastermind. 'tis good stuff

it’s definitely interesting because the knight students should’ve received similar training from their classes and yet only Myne is able to put it into actual practice. She sees the patterns that she only read about and knows exactly how to respond to them.
the dunkelfger teacher is right. Myne really would be exceptional in the knight department, so long as her health is properly managed

Angelica's movements are well captured in the drawings. I just so happened to re-read this chapter in the LN a few days ago and it's all a very accurate adaptation. Interesting to see the little added things, like the visual foreshadowing in Harmut's and Rihyarda's reaction.
Oh, and by the way, the Schnefeld is literally described as a hippo-looking feybeast in the LNs. I still always imagined it as a dragon thing.

Myne doing her best to win the game while also giving her classmates an oppurtunity to get some perspective on where their skills land compared to Dunkelfelger. Because its a game of Ditter in their minds they have trouble viewing it through the lens of real world battle compared to Myne who has had various oppurtunities to observe Knights and Ferdinand in person during their duties.
That and having been on a couple of missions with the Knights and her mats farming also gave a better perspective on group fights.
Do you mean chapters from before ch27? these have official translation so you'll need to get these.
What are you expecting from her? even today there's so few people who know how to make stuff from start to finish that it's normal not knowing how to craft stuff, have you not heard about how there's probably no one on earth who knows how to make one BiC pen right now? as each part is handled by different people/industries, just like an aircraft, people have the knowledge but it's all over the place (that's also the premise of Dr. Stone.) And obviously there are no books that explain how to make these things as they are the goods business profit from, not like Urano was reading fucking manuals instead of the endless amount of real books she could be enjoying.

Fair and how many of those are bibliophiles who worked in libraries and, from the story, would read mostly actual books instead of fantasy ones?
That excuse does not work with the character Myne was build to be before reincarnating.
That is without even bringing up what normal obligatory education would make be common knowledge like electricity and basic physics.
Also... you are wrong about the "there are no books that explain how to make these things as they are the goods business profit from" as anyone can have access to patents and they will have the blueprints and how to build anything you just can't use it without paying royalty. Even your bic pen example is just a matter of looking up the patents for the parts that make it and while making a ball point pen would be ludicrous in a backwaters undeveloped shithole world like the one she is right now there are a lot she could be making/researching with the resources she has available, a simple vapor engine for example.
