Laheit himself have another group that formed based on forgotten people who have special talent. Forgot name of that group. Atleast, what i can say, they doesn't work with any Demon Lords on this world

Colorless Demon Lord is exist though, but his reveal still pretty much far away

Honestly, given this world doesn't have tons of cameras and the likes, there are PLENTY of ways to raise Lacra's reputation more feasible than actually making her competent. One of those would be to credit achievements to her regardless of who did it (with royalty and church on your side that can be done) and control information so that her clumsiness is covered. The other would be to use her in combat like a Pokémon or magic tool to shield the Mc while others fight.
