Arte magic basically make her like Sasori, and he did conquer small country with army of 100 puppet.

Van could make high spec puppet and Arte can control it. absolute deadly combo. even of the puppet get broken, Van can fix it, or even upgrade it.

if Arte in future master her magic and control an army of puppet efficiently, she truly a national threat.

Perfect control at even long distances? I would say she has long since mastered control of her magic. OTOH I'm hoping that she is limited to just one unit at any one time. Still overpowered, yet not completely over the top.

My good Sir, not that I don't share your indignation about the routed forces charging at Arte's combat doll, but I would just like to point out that the majority of the people said doll mowed down were mounted and pursuing Van's retreating military convoy.

And as for their likely ill failed attack on the doll, I would say that yes the fumes from everything that was just slagged by Dragon's breath and a hefty dose of mind numbing panic sad attack caused could be accredited for their less then logical choice of target. After all, even passive animals are likely to attack when frightened and cornered.
