-The guy is still a complete slob without any awareness of others or their emotions, even with THREE girls all over him all the time (Himari, Shise and the other one who calls him onii-chan);
-Akane goes to great lengths to be utterly insufferable besides being generally good natured and kind. She succeeds;
-Himari honestly feels like an AI chat bot programmed to express love for the guy and ignore all his crippling character flaws. That is, when she's not backstabbing others to do so;
-Shise is just too weird and, like Himari, won't let you suspend disbelief for even a second. Also she has no will to really step up and reveal herself as a competitor for what's-his-face's affections;
-Other girl looks at Gary McStu as a brother, but also wants him romantically. I feel like all the stupidity in this story almost makes incest seem less abnormal than it is. Almost.
