Interesting to see a losing heroine being so aggressive however. No one will ever be able to say she lost through lack of effort, Himari has done more than some winners have dared to. Kind of refreshing by comparison, even if it breaks my heart to see the best girl so sad, and for once the author's choice/title girl winning actually feels earned and not just given to her.

The author has created a circus that is going to require Herculean effort to get out of. This whole charade can come to an end if Akane just told Seito she was the one at his Grad party, but it feels like this chapter has unnecessarily nuked any emotional meaning behind that with this “I have zero understanding of what love is” which is fine, but after Himari explains it to him in real human terms, it should have clicked right there. But his refusal to get it is infuriating and just invites how many more chapters of misunderstanding.

The drama feels sucks, and saito became your average kazuya. It only one volume LN though and until the next arc.
