@LyxnIllorus Agreed. It's incredible how lifeless and bland the official translation is. It's like it's technically right, but it reads like it was written by a computer. Other Viz translations aren't like that, so how come OPM got it so bad?

If he really didn't want to have Sweet Mask be seen killing humans, then he should have just retconned them out of the story entirely. But I suppose the tanks were already out and it was too late to do that... This arc was already pretty meaty in the webcomic, and while I do like how he expands...

That watermark is absolutely awful. If I picked up a new series and saw that, I wouldn't read it. Stuff like that undermines any attempt at translation and should be avoided at all costs.

This series is such an awful train wreck that I can't seem to look away. This translation is better than it deserves.

This arc is really just reminding us that they are all devils in the end. Everyone is awful when they're not being influenced by Iruma. That's their whole thing! Still, I wasn't expecting to hate Kerori quite so much. Good job, author.

Okay, Seven's size is wildly inconsistent. He started off as just a normal sized teen, but now he's a full blown beefcake in the past few chapters, and the same size as monster version MC. Did I miss something that explained that, or is it just the author changing designs on a whim?
